Teaching can be a stress-inducing event, but it doesn’t have to be. There are a variety of practices and expectations teachers have that prevent or inhibit restful teaching. In this webinar, Dr. Matthew Bianco will give a brief overview of how to experience and even make repeatable restful teaching experiences.

You will discover that restful teaching does not mean eliminating rigor and hard work. You will discover that restful teaching comes from approaching the educational experience with the right perspective and expectations, then teaching each lesson (and assessing it) according to the nature of the lesson and the student.
