In our modern society, art and science seem to exist in different realms. One is placed in the land of the ‘right brain,’ and the other in the ‘left brain.’ One is considered subjective, while the other deemed objective. Classes are taught in both disciplines, but rarely do the two intersect in the same class. This is possibly because they do not seem to be relevant to each other, or it may be that we just do not know how to bring them together. In this webinar, we will first discuss why art should be incorporated into a science classroom. Second, we will explore ways in which to do this. This webinar will be interactive, so be prepared to engage in the conversation and consider ways in which you might bring art and science together for your students.
