The day is near. The excitement is building. The retooled, redesigned, reinforced 5th edition of the Lost Tools of Writing will soon be here! What, you thought I was talking about Christmas?
To celebrate the forthcoming launch of this new edition we’re hosting our first ever LTW Photography Contest (we trademarked that name so don’t steal it!).
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: You take a photo of you and/or your students using LTW. By “using” we mean teaching/learning from it. We don’t mean building paper airplanes or creating spitballs (or beating students over the head – respect the books people!).
Step 2: Then you get on social media and share your photo. You can find us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Post your photo to any or all of these services with hashtag #LTW5. Then tag us.
Step 3: After the due date (January 15th) we will review the photos and select a winner and five runners-up.
The first place winner will win a copy of the complete set of the new edition. Second place will receive a student workbook. Third place earns 25% discount a future LTW product. And places 4-6 will receive a copy of our newest poster.
These are the rules:
1) The LTW books must be visible in the photo
2) At least one person using the books must be in the photo
3) You can be as creative as you like. Just make sure we like it. :)
4) You MUST submit your photo by January 15, 2015
