A tool like this can, I am sure, be useful in the classroom. It could be useful in your child’s room at home too. That doesn’t change the fact that it is creepy and tyrannical.

This sort of tool arises in contexts where people lack confidence in their ability to teach and thrash about for solutions. Perhaps a rejection of progressive assumptions would restore that confidence.
