Classical education is a profoundly counter-classical endeavor. But how do we translate our lofty vision into attainable habits? And how do we cultivate a robust and meaningful Christian classical culture in our classrooms and homeschools? Many of us are offering our students an education we did not receive, and we wonder if what we are doing is truly “classical.” In this talk, Heidi White contrasts current conventional education methods with the ancient practices of Socrates, offering accessible real-world practices for today’s classical educators.
