Re-thinking Assessment: Foundations for Truth-based Judgments

Noting that our commonly accepted modes of assessment do not arise from the Christian classical tradition, and believing there is a more excellent way, this workshop rethinks how to assess teaching, learning, governance, a school’s health, and even assessment itself to ensure that we judge according to truth, justice, and decency. It helps lay out a strategy by which participants can take steps toward mastery in their ability to assess work and people for which they are responsible and to do so in a way that blesses instead of cursing.
