Saint Paul writes, “all things have been created by Him and for Him” in his letter to the Colossians. If we are attentive, we can see this ebb and flow movement from the waves on a shore, from acorn to oak tree, from being born to giving birth, or moving from the shadows of ignorance to the light of knowledge. This pattern of proceeding from the Logos, falling, ascending, and returning to the Logos is a form we experience throughout creation. But what does this form look like in the classroom? How do we teach and how do we learn in a way that honors the Mimetic form?
