Have you ever wished you knew more poems? In this course, we will read, reread, contemplate, discuss, and recite eight poems. And, after spending enough time with these poems, students will have them for the rest of their lives. They will have true, good, and beautiful words not just in their heads but also throughout their person.

Mr. Gulliver will guide students students through reading, reflecting on, responding to, and resting in each of the poems. While profitable for the solitary reader, poems take on new life when read with others.

The primary homework for this course will be reciting the poems just once a day for the duration of the course; this should only take about five minutes.
