We all have desires for material well being and comfort. We all have desires for the soul’s or the will’s well being and comfort. We ought, all of us, to have desires for spiritual well being and comfort. How does St. Paul elevate those desires to the audience in his epistles, that his audience may see the Face of God, and how might we imitate him in our own teaching and lives?
