What is Beauty? How has it been expressed by artists and creators of different cultures? Why has the Post-Modern era abandoned it? In this talk, we will explore definitions and expressions of Beauty from Ancient Greece to today. I will propose that the Medieval notion of Beauty is the most Biblical and trace how later thinkers responded to it, especially the Pre-Raphaelites.
