Even many Christians are slow to believe that anything like form or nature exists, or we are loath to talk about nature simply because defining &#8220;nature&#8221; is a little bit tricky. The rejection of nature was the birth of the Modern Era. In this lecture, Joshua Gibbs gives a basic, easily understandable definition of form, and discusses a host of ways in which the rejection of form has given birth to a culture or mediocrity.
