A vessel can be filled to its limit, but a fire needs continual fuel to continue giving off its beneficial light and heat. Far too many educators forget to continue piling up firewood, failing to add fuel to their own fire. As a result, exhaustion, uncertainty, discouragement, and a host of other problems can develop.
