This course is for students new to Latin studies or just beginning Lingua Latina Per se Illustrata by Hans Orberg. This is the first step along the way to mastery and command of the language to read Latin classics and understand the Latin authors in their own language. We will actively participate in the language as we listen, read, write, and speak in Latin while working through chapters 1-6 of Lingua Latina per se Illustrata by Hans Orberg. Students will be required to keep a Latin commonplace book throughout the year.
