Eastbrook Academy is a classical Christian, Kindergarten through High School Academy. The Academy Head is the chief operating officer appointed by the Board to implement the Academy’s mission and operating policy. He/she is an educational director who provides day-to-day educational leadership for the Academy. The Academy Head carries out the Academy’s broad educational mission and policies as established by the Board. He/she plans, directs or coordinates the academic, clerical, and auxiliary activities of Eastbrook Academy in support of its mission statement: “Eastbrook Academy exists to support families from diverse backgrounds in the academic and spiritual development of their children for college preparation and life. The Academy is founded to impart a rigorous classical education in a loving environment committed to Christian living.”
Manages: All faculty and staff, both teaching and non-teaching. In consultation with Board shall delegate some tasks to others as appropriate.
Education/Certification: Master’s degree required – degree in Administration or Education preferred. Mid-management or Principal certification/Certified Professional. Will consider candidates who are near completion of the above and intend to complete the above immediately.
